Water Softening Plant
We are manufacturing and supplying water softening plants which use ion exchange resin. Ultra filtration is a pressure-driven membrane separation process that helps removes particulate matter from aqueous solutions such as water. UF membranes typically have pore sizes in the range of 0.01 to 0.10 μm and efficiently remove bacteria and most viruses, colloids and silt. The smaller the nominal pore size, the higher the removal efficiency. Most materials that are used in UF are polymeric and are naturally hydrophobic, such as polysulfone (PS) and polyethersulfone (PES). Ultrafilteration is used to treat surface water, ground water , seawater and waste water as either primary treatment or as pretreatment to reverse osmosis (RO) and nanofilteration (NF). Compared to other conventional pretreatment ultrafilteration allows for higher flux for RO and NF systems while maintaining longer intervals between cleanings.

We are offering mixed bed unit which includes a single column of Cation and Anion resin material mixed intimately together. The water passes through the column and comes repeatedly in contact with these resins and is thus is effect subjected to an almost infinite number of demineralising stages. These mixed bed units are regenerated with acid and alkali but the ion exchange resins must be separated to from the superimposed layers into which the acid and alkali solutions and rinse water are introduced through specially designed spreaders.
Membrane Bioreactor
NM Membrane Bio reactor (MBR) process is a combination of biological waste water treatment and membrane technology.
Biodegradable pollution can be reduced using bacteria and microorganisms. Then the activated sludge particles can be removed from the treated water by a micro filtration membrane.
Electrodeionisation System
CEDI is a chemical-free process that utilizes ion exchange resins and electricity to produce ultrapure deionized water. CEDI utilizes no chemical regenerants and creates no hazardous wastes.The ion exchange resins are used primarily as a bridge to allow electric current to pass through the electrodeionization-cell this allows the modules to operate without any brine injection or concentrate recirculation.
